Terms of service.
1. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us and any data that you share whether that be email, telephone, address or payment details will be treated confidentially.
2. Free initial call
The initial consultation call, this will take place through zoom or skype. In this session it is an introductory career conversation. The aim is to understand as much as possible about your current career and what has led you to get in touch for a career coaching session. There will be questions that are asked to find out more about you. Anything that is written down to help the coach visualise your situation can be sent to you afterwards, if helpful. If you decide not to pursue career coaching sessions, the coach may still want to email or send you useful resources to help you with your career.
3. Booking for individual 1-2-1’s
Firm bookings can only be made when we receive payment. We will contact you to discuss a suitable appointment date and time. We will let you know the name of the career coach / trainer that you will be seeing but we may need to substitute another coach if the named person is unavailable because of illness, for example. If this is the case we’ll endeavor to let you know beforehand. Once you have had your first session with your career coach, then any subsequent sessions will be with them unless you specify otherwise.
4. Cancellation for individual 1-2-1’s
If you wish to cancel an appointment, you need to provide us with 48 hours notice to get a full refund. If you fail to do so we reserve the right to charge you the full cost of the appointment. There will be unforeseen circumstances and of course we will be as helpful as we can be.
5. Late arrival
We suggest that you aim to arrive at least 10 minutes before the appointment start time. If you are on zoom then you can wait in the virtual waiting room. If the session is face to face and you know you are going to be delayed, please contact on wonderif.hello@gmail.com as soon as you can. If you are less than 15 minutes late for a session, we will expect you to take the remainder of the time available and will not refund any part of your fee. Appointments cannot be extended beyond their scheduled finishing time unless the career coach says that this is possible to do so. You may choose to re-book the appointment, and there will be a cancellation fee for changing appointment at the last minute. The reason for this is that the career coach could have seen someone else during that time and will have prepared ahead of the session to think about the tools and approaches that may help to support you.
6. Changing appointments
If you wish to change the date or time of a booked appointment, you can do so free of charge if you let us know at least 48 hours before the time of the appointment. If you wish to change the date or time of a booking with less than 48 hours notice, get in touch to explain the situation to us. We will do everything we can to help but there is a cancellation fee, which is 50% of the original cost of your appointment.
7. Training / Workshop / Programmes - Bookings
Susan Edwards Limited is the Company Reg No 08737587 VAT 200 1902 78 that is associated with the website WonderIf.co.uk
Any bookings made, Susan Edwards Limited will have sent through a proposal / outline plan ahead of the work taken place that is agreed by the client. Any purchase order’s needed will be processed ahead of the work commencing and invoices will be sent to the client as agreed.
8. Training / Workshop / Programmes - Cancellations
For any workshop sessions that have been booked in by a client, if for any reason the date, time, technology or location need to change then the more notice that you can give us the better. There is a notice period of 2 weeks and if you cancel before this date then there will be no charge to the client for the service. If you cancel less than 2 weeks before then the agreed fee will be charged. The reason for this is that pre-work will already have taken place in preparation for the session(s), we’ll have spoken with you (the client) to be clear on requirements etc. There will be times when unforeseen circumstances take place which means that the session can’t take place (either from your perspective / our perspective (e.g) sickness or other personal circumstances). We’ll take each of these on a case by case basis and decide the best course of action.
9. Training / Workshop / Programmes - Postponement
If you need to postpone the session then no cost will be incurred.
8. Complaints

9. Confidentiality
All our work with you is confidential. Feedback, reports etc are always provided directly to you and information (other than anonymous statistics) is not made public.
