Career Coaching - I want to know more

The fastest way is to email me and I’ll arrange a time to call you. What is important with career coaching is that you feel that you can work with your coach. Having a chance to find out more about you and your current career situation will enable me to think about how best I can support you. If I don’t think I can help - I’ll tell you. Usually for the majority of people they will have a one session do some work and then have another.

What does it cost for career coaching?

It depends on your situation and what career support you need. For some people they need only one sessions as they have a specific career issue but for others they need more. The average number of career coaching sessions people have is 3. You can pay as you go or I can create a programme for you. I will always talk to you first so that we are clear on what you need and what I can offer in terms of career coaching support.

I just need some resources!

The blogs contain resources and inspiration but when you get in touch for career coaching support, I do send you through a Little Book of Career Thoughts - which is a mini workbook that will help you to structure your thoughts and ideas.

I’m in OD, L&D or HR, what support do you provide?

Don’t hesitate to email and we can speak about the work that I am doing and how I can get involved to support you with one-off projects, workshops, redundancy support or programme design.

An outline proposal is always created so that everyone involved is clear on the costs and what will be delivered.

I am also keen to set up a learning hub, where I bring together like-minded professionals to speak about topics that are on point, discursive and will help with your own development. If this is something that you’d be interested in then I’d love to hear from you.

I have a media / speaker request

Send me an email and let me know what you need. If it is an area of my expertise and I can support it - I will. If I can’t, I’ll try my upmost to signpost / recommend someone else.
