Curiosity led me to do what I love which is to understand what motivates people to do the work that they do. With over 18 years experience, I’ve had the opportunity to help and support hundreds of individuals with their career ideas and decisions.

I train teams and organisations focusing on; leadership and management, communication and career planning. I’ve written e-learning modules, webinars, created extensive virtual and in-house training programmes.

Before setting up WonderIf I’ve had a variety of other roles.

Led and successfully ran a career & professional development consultancy for the University of London, I worked as a career coach for Goldsmiths, Chelsea College of Art and Design and the London College of Communication. I dabbled in recruitment and talent management at Major Players, and worked for Channel 4 on a series of large scale outdoor music events around the UK celebrating the Caribbean Summer – West Indies v England at Cricket. I

started my career by working as a Marketing Manager for The Lighthouse: Scotland’s Centre for Architecture Design & the City.

Formal qualifications include a MA History of Art, MSc in Marketing and Post-Graduate Diploma in Career Guidance (known as a Qualification in Career Guidance). I’m MBTI qualified practitioner; a Team Coach and use the Thomas Kilmann Conflict Instrument.

I have two boys and I wanted to work in a way that suits my passion for coaching, training, and speaking on topics that I love along with supporting my family. I make time for running & yoga for myself – crucial for my creative thinking and wellness.

I look forward to speaking and working with you.

What People Are Saying

Susie taught me so much about a subject that I thought that I knew a lot about already! Her energy and style of delivery is engaging and thought provoking.

I wanted to express my sincere thanks for your coaching on this interview, I learnt so much about myself and how to present and structure it - this will definitely be very useful
for my forthcoming interview!

I came to Susie because I felt medicine was boxing me in to a career path that all my peers had taken. I was considering leaving my speciality training in order to do something ‘else’ with my life. Susie found out the what and the why... I don’t know how she did it but she tapped into ‘me’ and helped me make my own value based choices!  She was then very resourceful and made use of a lot of contacts, she encouraged me to do the same and we discovered together whether it was possible. It was!  She gave me huge confidence to do what I wanted. She backed me up in asking for the impossible and now I have the impossible, a one of a kind career in medicine that keeps me entertained and excited about the future.

When I first went to Susie I had been combining part time work as an osteopath and looking after a family for nearly 12 years and had been coming to the conclusion that this wasn't working for me but I didn't know what to do about it. Susie listened patiently to my whole story and asked me some carefully judged questions about what drew me to my profession. Together we came up with a plan and with Susie's fantastic reassurance I have now been able to balance being a self-employed massage therapist, part-time receptionist and mum for over a year. Susie's encouragement and guidance enabled me to make decisions I wouldn't have been brave enough to do by myself. I did not have to sever all ties with the aspects of my work I still love but could incorporate them into my new vision. Susie's support made me realise that needing a career change isn't a failure but a positive way to get the best out of life. Thank you for your invaluable input ... I highly recommend Susie to anyone needing careers advice.

Susie helped me to rewrite and edit my CV. She made the whole process so effortless, creative and unique for my skills. My CV has been transformed and looks so professional. I already have interviews, and I honestly can say it is down to Susie’s help that I have got noticed. I would highly recommend this.
